Hi Folks..how long does it generally take to hear back after submitting a request for a mandatory reconsideration and what is the percentage of things being overturned as well at that stage.

Assuming this is PIP based on your previous thread? If so then up to 12 weeks for a decision.Unfortunately only about 23% of decisions are changed in the claimants favour at this stage.0

I'd suggest doing it by letter once you've got a copy of your report. That way you can see where the issues are and where to focus before asking for the MR.
That's personal preference, the regulars may have a better option.0 -
