Unlike PIP, UC LCWRA is an ongoing award.Groovychick said:Good Afternoon, @poppy123456, Hannah_Alumni and Albus_Scope
I have been awarded LCWRA and my job centre appointment has been cancelled for April.
A BIG thank you to you all for the help you have given me and I can take a deep breath and relax now.
It doesn't say how long I have been awarded for on the letter?
They can re assess after as little as three months or as long as 2-3 years.
You can ask them what date is down on the system, but it will only be a guideline date they can re-assess outside this date.
WCA's for existing claims have been suspended for a few years now, so when they do resume significant backlogs will exist.0 -
Have been waiting results for re-assessment on LCW for near a year now. I dont bother asking anymore as DWP just dont know why re-referals are taking so long
