My grammar isn't always great when filling out these forms either. I did find it very helpful to have someone go over it with me in person though, is that a possible option for you @Groovychick?
They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

Most likely yes unless a decision is made on your new WCA by then, which is unlikely.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

I have another question:  I don't have any supporting evidence to send with the UC50 form will this mean I will be less successful?

No. You don’t need any medical evidence to prove you qualify.

Just include a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each activity that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.

I thought LCW meant you do not have to go to work but prepare for it.  I've heard a couple of times this week what sounds like work coaches have said the rules have changed.  Do these work coaches even know what they are talking about.  I have a friend who is LCW and her work coach told her as long as she got a 15 hour a week job they would leave her alone.

Groovychick doesn’t need to look for work. They need to attend appointments to prepare to work in the future, which is what work related activities are.

@poppy123456 how do they expect me to do this with my mental health issues?

This all annoys with the LCW.  Even if someone can go to the job centre, can write a cv, can go to a job interview.  However if they got the job and started the job it would make them unwell to go out to work.  It doesn't make sense.

    Hi,
Feeling so anxious today because I have another WCA meeting that I'm not feeling up to.  An email was sent to the DEA (Disability Employment Advisor) on my behalf explaining my situation to no avail.
I have left a message on my journal and the reply was that Adele the DEA Advisor would contact me, but this has not happened.  I have since left another message on my journal this morning.  If I don't receive a reply back today will it be too late to ask for a reasonable adjustment for my meeting on Friday 19th Jan or do my best to attend this?

WCA refers to a work capability assessment. This sounds like it's a job centre appointment for a work focused interview.

I'm not sure what else you can do other than put a message onto your journal to ask fot a telephone appointment. You do need to attend the appointment, whether it's phone or in person.

Thanks for your reply @poppy123456 they never reply to my messages quickly enough and I know if I don't attend I will be sanctioned.  This has an impact on my wellbeing and they don't have any understanding and compassion.

WCA UPDATE - The WCA meeting was very difficult for me.  Because of a change in the law with LCW I have to attend these meetings once a month now, I'm not sure I will be able to cope with this until I hear from the health assessment (LCWRA) there is not much I can do.  Have you got any advice with this matter.

You can still request a reasonable adjustment for a telephone appointment instead of in person.

As for the actual appointments there’s not
much you can do as they are part of your commitments at the moment.

They said I can't request a reasonable adjustment and must attend in person.
Because my claim for LCWRA is being processed will I be sanctioned if I don't attend?
I will be seen in a quiet place away from anyone because of my anxiety and this appt. always triggers my anxiety UC appointments are distressing for me and preparing for it.
