Hello lovelies, I'm 47 and have struggle with my mental health as long as I can remember, anxiety and depression. Since COVID I've really become a prisoner in my own home yet it's my safe place too. I'd love to do an online course but unfortunately don't have a pc or laptop top and being on benefits the last year with a shoulder injury. I need to occupy my time in a more productive way. Can anyone suggest who I can try for help. Many thanks

Heya @flower76 and a big welcome to the community. How're you on this soggy Sunday?
I've heard talk about some government loan schemes for disabled people and those on benefits to get laptops for learning, but I will need to do some digging to find some links for you.0 -
No idea whether this is a genuine offer - but Laptops 4 Learning is not a UK siteAnd, unless you live in Watford - I am guessing that they will not help - try your local job centre !Government help is limited to 16-19 year olds - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/get-help-with-technology-conditions-of-internet-access-and-device-grants/get-help-with-technology-programme-conditions-of-device-grants-for-technical-support - unless you are in an Institution with publicly funded students over the age of 19 with an education, health and care (EHC) plan who also received free meals are also eligible.https://www.charityexcellence.co.uk/ may be worth looking into as well
