    Heya @Isaac25, sorry for the slower response! This is a forum, so it's a bit slower than your usual social media or instant chat. This place is a community for... well anyone really, but Scope is specifically a pan-disability charity. So we've many sections on benefits and issues around disabilities.

    Let me know if you're on a mobile or computer, as how you move around the site can be different.

    Everything is in "discussions", this is a discussion right now. Your welcome discussion! It's like a post on another social media that everyone can comment on. Discussions themselves are in "categories" that all have a specific purpose. You can see all our categories here. If you are on desktop there is a link at the top of the window that says "Categories" just right of the Scope logo. If you're on mobile you can press the 3 horizontal lines at the top and it'll open up a little menu. You'll see a Categories option there too.

    There's no need to know what every category is for, and there's no need to post or check every single one! You can just check which ones interest you. There's a general category for just regular chatter or playing forum games, we call it The Coffee Lounge. It's a great place to get to know other community members :) 

    It can be all a little overwhelming at first I understand, try not to worry. We try to be very welcoming!
