I would just like to introduce myself, I have recently be diagnosed as having autism. I am an adult and always struggled in life making friends, socialising and having anxiety. Would value any help or suggestions please.

    Heya @Darryl1854 and welcome to the community!  How're you doing today?

    You're in the right place as we have a few autistic regulars here and we're always happy to offer support, or just to chat when you need it.  If you wanted to chat I'd recommend the Coffee Lounge as that's where all the games and small talk happen. 

    I found online communities have been great for making friends, have you looked into joining any groups based on your hobbies?  So what sort of things do you like doing? :)

    As Albus mentioned, we have quite a few members with autism, some of whom were diagnosed in later life, so I'm sure you'll find some things in common :)
