in Start here and say hello!
Sorry  we need more time to deal with your Budgeting Loan application. This is because our staff need to check your details to make sure you get the ? right decision. You will be sent a decision in the next 21 days. This will tell you if we can offer you a loan and what to do next. 

Hi I’m feeling a bit anxious by this why would the staff need to check my details never had this before?

    It's because there's backlogs with budgeting loans at the moment. Understandable due to the time of year it is. I would say it's nothing to worry about and perfectly normal.
