Right so I've received the paperwork back from the courts.

They have put in the report that I cannot wash my hair.or wash below the waist. I'm lost at this because this was not mentioned in any of my bundle nor was it mentioned on the day. It was upper that was discussed at length.

The doctor has also said that I would be able to dress myself if I bought the appropriate clothing.

They have also said I use an aid or appliance for cooking, again this is not mentioned in my bundle nor was it mentioned at the hearing.

    I'm stunned to be honest

You need to request the Statement of Reasons and Record of Proceedings because they will go into a lot more detail. You have 1 month to request those.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Yes I've requested them. I'm shocked at they could write something that was never said.

And to tell me to buy easier clothing too.

    The mind boggles
