It should be based on how your conditions affect you on the majority of days, which is at least 50% of the days in a 12 month period.

And I didn't know that. The mandatory reconsideration was sent on 5th December and 10 days ago they texted me that they will review it until 2nd April. This is outrageous. Why is it taking so long?

It's not a quick process. Timescales are up to 15 weeks for the MR decision but of course it could be made before that, it's just a guide. Most MR decisions remain the same so if this happens you can proceed to Tribunal.
If you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing either of those will give you the best chance of a decision in your favour. Timescales for hearings are about a year. Yes, the whole process is extremely long.
In the meantime you could have a read of this it may help you to understand the criteria a little more.

Thank you Poppy. The mandatory reconsideration was written by my case worker at Launchpad and all relevant documents were sent. So maybe it wont be that bad.

What was the decision on that Mandatory Reconsideration? You don't usually have another assessment for the MR.
Was this a review started by UC or did you report changes to your health condition, supported by fit notes?

They said that I had to report a health change with fit note and evidence to start a new assesment I done that In July 23 and I had been waiting ever since every couple of months me and someone who helps me would ring or comment on journal and was told no update on wca untill this year when I've had the assesment

Then it will be paid from the assessment period in which you reported the changes. Providing you continued to provide fit notes the whole time without any gaps.

You said you reported changes in July 2023 but that screenshot is asking you to report changes which was 27th November 2023. Did you report changes at that time and did you provide fit notes? What date do you usually receive your money each month?
I can only advise based on the information you give, if the information isn't correct my advice will no be correct either.
