in Start here and say hello!
pip mandatory review going to be 12th of jan 2024 meanwhile i had 2 big episodes resulting in nearly blacking out difficulty breathing maintaining speach arms and legs were shaking and tingling feet in agony 1 whilst visiting the hospital 6th dec 2023 and the whilst trying to shop because i get no help what so ever and have to do everything myself xmas rnd the corner everywhere ppl off im not gonna get help till after new yr i need it now shopping online hard for me most things online are since i got a VPN loads of websites unavailable

    i need to support my neck and back otherwise im up the creek without a paddle i have a back brace but its inadequate and cant be worn due to a skin condition and the neck brace is broken and also causes major discomfort so for me to be moving around just to make a brew or visit the toilet is extremely hazardous stressing my neck and back to write this i need to food shop i need help cooking sitting to eat unbraced is extreme stressful and certain neck positions hamper swallowing ability  :(

    Sorry you're struggling so much @Beggy321, Christmas can be a really hard time to get the care you need and what you're going through sounds really stressful.

    Have you got any close friends or family around to support you, or someone you can chat things through with? 

    Is your GP helpful with suggesting things to try that might help you feel more comfortable? 

    Feel free to just vent about things if you need to, we're all here to lend some support :)
