Whether it's possible to score more points for a higher award will totally depend on how your conditions affect you. Just because the report mentions something different to what you explained it, it doesn't mean you could score more points.

When requesting the MR the most likely outcome will be the decision remains the same. Only about 23% of them change in the claimants favour at this stage. It is also possible to lose points at this stage but it's rare, though it can and does happen.

Your award will continue until a decision is made on the MR.

Before requesting the MR you need to make 100% sure that it's possible to score more points. There's no point proceeding with this if it's not possible. Have a read of this and it may help give you a little more understanding of the descriptors and what they mean. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/personal-independence-payment-assessment-guide-for-assessment-providers/pip-assessment-guide-part-2-the-assessment-criteria

If you do proceed with this then you should put the request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. It's fine to mention a couple of obvious errors or contradictions in the report but then put it to one side and forget about it.

When you filled out the form if you didn't give a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you then you should do that now. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
