Is this a recent UC claim? Just curious, if you don't have internet access how are you posting here now?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

We made a claim in August they never submitted to we had to reclaim in October

I can only tell you the rules are they are in law and as a carer you should not be made to look for work or attend any further appointments after your first appointment. As you have phone data are you able to access your journal from that? It's much easier to have access to a journal when claiming UC rather than having to keep ringing the helpline because most of the time they are far from helpful.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. Please see the link I posted above. Please remember that when ringing the helpline you are speaking to someone from a call centre who mostly have very limited knowledge of UC or any other benefits.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
