my relationship with mental health has not been great and when it was great, yes they stop. the sessions simply stopped in my case.. well… now i am only seen twice a year, three times a year if lucky. that does not really help. but i have tried so many therapies etc… i am giving up on trying. this last psychiatrist is ok. But not enough sessions and i am a fatalist. i am already saying to myself it will not work.
i went out and it was nice.. at least i went out.
anyway good evening and good night everybody… have a nice night sleep. i hope it is not raining tomorrow..

I had quiet a good day meeting a friend I hadn't seen for a while.
I went to see an Irish band but they weren't very good and drunk people were making a nuisance of themselves so I came home early.
I hope you all manage to have a peaceful night.
Take care.

Good night everyone.
It is a shame when others spoil it.
Take care.
