How is your day going?

Very quiet day at the mill, not feeling brilliant mentally & physically. Sadly my Acid & Bile Reflux decided to make an Appearance, 4 dosages of both inhalers required. Cancelled an appointment with my councils local area coordinator, then the council cancel my Gas Safety check tomorrow. Feeling exhausted and wiped out, going to put the feet up and watch the tv or go back to bed to watch the tv. All I keep saying is I am Fed Up over and over again.

Afternoon everyone ๐
How are you feeling today @Rag_793?
Sorry you didn't sleep well @Amberpearl. Are you feeling less anxious now?

Well it's just been confirmed that we're off to Great Yarmouth for a weekend next month,
I have mixed feelings because it means missing the next Taekwondo grading, but it's almost 5 years to the day since our last Holiday when the family went up to Whitby during the Lockdown.
I can do the pre Christmas grading if the instructor says I'm good for it.

Just had a torrential downpour. Long awaited but it's not done much lol. Still just humid.

That should be good fun @SheffieldMan1976. It's a shame to miss the grading but if it's been a while since your last holiday I'd say you should treat yourself.
We've just had some rain too @Johnboy412000. It went incredibly dark and I had to put the light on!

Yeah, I just think it'll be annoying going for 3 days in a Caravan with someone who can't stop banging on about going to ruddy Lapland to see someone who arguably doesn't exist!

Even if santa doesn't exist, I think a trip to Lapland would be magical! I can see how it wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea though @SheffieldMan1976.

There's no Santa! Who else knows about this? ๐

Sam (my cat) met his first frog this afternoon. I moved a plant pot and there was a frog behind it. The frog jumped , I jumped and so did Sam.
Thankfully it managed to go under a bush and Sam could not get it.

Hi Rachel,
Managed another ten hours of interrupted sleep last night. Still not managing to make it through the day without feeling tired. Nodded off on the sofa again, woke up and decided to sit on the bed watching the last Harry Potter, alas I nodded off again. I am supposed to watch the new Spider-Man tomorrow morning, however I am 50/50 as I know I will probably end up falling asleep. Going to take things easy, be kind to myself and see how things go over the coming days. I am awaiting blood test results for possible thyroid or diabetes, alongside a Chest X-Ray.

Glad to hear you're going to be kind to yourself @Rag_793. I hope you make it to see Spiderman but if you're not up to it then don't force yourself. Fingers crossed your results come back soon so you can find out what's going on.

Torrential rain today, on and off, just like yesterday. Not sure if I can get Gus out before about 02:00. I think our summer is coming to an end.

Good morning.
I've had a really busy time lately out enjoying the sunshine with friends.
I had my living room/kitchen decorated and I'm pleased with the result.
It is the start of the Boardmasters festival here in Cornwall and its going to be mega busy with the tourist season in full swing.
The weather is great and we have lots of free entertainment happening with street stalls, live music etc.
I may venture out later to the bowling club.
I only live a short stroll from the town and beaches.
I hope you all manage to have as a good a day as you can.
