Good morning everyone. Heavy rain here this morning. Out for lunch later with a friend will enjoy a catch up.
I hope you all have as good a day as you can.
Take care.

Good Afternoon,
Quiet day to say the least, exhausted still. Decided to go for a walk up to the local Chippy for Dinner. Spending the day watching SWAT and may watch a film later before an early night.

Annoying afternoon because {moderated content} downstairs delights in telling me I can't go to my Parents on Friday because the House car's in use for another resident's birthday bash.

Been on and off showers here and sunshine. It's cooled off now thank goodness. Went to town this morning and then a bus ride to Halifax and home again. Just a chill out evening now.

Fed up of feeling exhausted, every time I roll over in bed I wake up. Years ago I could sleep from the minute my head hit the pillow until my alarm went off in the morning. I guess I have my mental and physical health declining since 2023 to thank for that. I have crashed again mentally and hit a brick wall. I keep asking myself what my purpose in life is, which I don’t have a clue. People would say that I am a kind and good person, but frankly I feel like I am by far one of the worse people in the world. I am questioning if I want to head to Manchester in October to watch a theatre show, but being back in the area near where I grew up may bring a whole host of challenges for my mental health. If I have to many things going off, I tend to hit overload and crash. I just keep saying things like “Just” “Why” “What’s The Point” I honestly most days want to give up fighting and just stay locked away in my flat with all the blinds shut. I am awaiting a procedure to take a tooth out, waiting for neurology for my neck alongside some recent tests. People say try to be kind to yourself, but when you can’t catch a break, you just end up hating yourself even more.

I'm sorry you're mental wellbeing is taking a bit of a crash at the minute. I don't know you much, but from what I do, I definitely wouldn't say you're one of the worse people in the world. You seem friendly and kind to others. I hope you start to feel a bit better. Did you see Spiderman yet?

Sadly I haven’t seen the new Spiderman as yet, playing things by ear at the moment. Keeping my head down, going to take things one minute at a time. Always fighting this inner demon’s inside of myself for the last 43 years is draining. My fight or flight is always on a heightened level with my mental health is not good.

Good morning everyone. I have the plasterer coming at 10.00am to do the kitchen ceiling. Not really looking forward to that. Will be glad when it is done.

Miserable morning here
12 degrees dull

Morning everyone! We have blue skies here but it's somehow still dull. We've had a little bit of rain which is good for the plants.
Sorry you've not seen spiderman yet @Rag_793. It must be so exhausting for you at the moment. You're doing the right thing by listening to your body and taking things slowly. Hopefully you'll start to feel a little better soon.
@Bluebell21 will they finish it today?
Are you going to relax today @Amberpearl if you didn't get much sleep?

@Rag_793 Sorry to hear that you feel that way. I know sometimes all I wanna do is lock myself away in my flat but I also know I have to get out there in the world in the fresh air cos it does me good and some exercise is also good. I know how hard it is when you wish you could sleep longer. I was awake at Half past 5 this morning. Hope you manage to feel better soon.

It's a chilly start but it's not raining now and I can feel it warming and brightening up slowly but surely. I'd rather have it on the cool side. Unfortunatley the high temps are back next week for a couple of days. Can't seem to get away from them lol. Onwards and upwards Lunch club for me today then a chill out afternoon.Have a great day everyone.

Struggled again with sleep, tried music to help me nod off again which worked for so long. Managed 11 hours but feel as exhausted as ever 😴 Going to recharge the old batteries, 🪫 don’t think there is a set of jumper cables big enough to revive the old batteries. Got meds being delivered today, not much else going on today. Tomorrow I have Mediquip coming to adjust the braking on my Rollator, when I lock the brakes one wheel will free wheel when pushed. Only had it since June.

That's annoying that there's an issue with your rollator so soon @Rag_793. I hope it's an easy fix.
A lunch club sounds lovely @Johnboy412000. Do you go often?

Good day so far.
Finished all my tasks on my course, even better. as mentioned this morning, I won a tenner on last night's Lottery (which I haven't fetched yet), and I beat a fellow student's score on Wii Sports Bowling "Power Throws", I've been trying to beat her for years and finally done it! Yay!

Good afternoon.
I didn't go out yesterday and I'm staying in today.
I'm so bored but I'm exhausted and I need to rest.
I have a busy weekend planned.
Does anyone know if my partner moves in with me do I need to inform dwp contribution based esa and pip?
Many thanks.

Sounds like a good idea to rest and get your energy levels back up for the weekend @luvpink. PIP won't be affected by your partner moving in. If you claim contribution-based ESA it won't be affected It would affect income-related ESA, so you would need to let them know.

It is frustrating to say the least, next week I am buying my own rollator and sending the other one back to Mediquip. I am going to get insurance on my new one as well.
