Afternoon back at home now and it's freezing. Been travelling since 3am tired now. My legs are swollen so elevating them for awhile, they have been last 3 days0

I'm off for the evening, going to go to my Granny's house as it's her 77th birthday
I was in 2 minds to go as not feeling too good but apparently she is opening a bottle of champagne which may have swayed it

I got a delivery of flowers and chocolates from my son for Mother's day. I haven't stopped smiling. He always sends me flowers no matter where in the world he is 😊4

How lovely @Marydoll5 - you have a very thoughtful sonHope you did OK with your Granny's birthday party @66Mustang@Sandy - you probably know this, but when you put your legs up, do keep pulling your feet up (at right angles to your lower leg) as this can reduce such swelling by using the muscles in your calves, which are like muscle pumps. Also circle your feet around, clockwise & then anti-clockwise. Hope you feel better soon.4
