    @Ada  Thank you for your kind words, you didn’t upset me 🙂 I was just making sure I wasn’t upsetting anyone as I frustrate myself sometimes,  it gets in the way of life sometimes but not many people know, I keep it hidden from plain sight, just close family and one very close friend, I have become great at deflecting and camouflage and delegating but felt I could share that on here, I think that means I accepting it more as it’s part of me. Hope you are feeling a little better as the day goes on and get to go out to your potting shed.

    Sorry to hear that @Amberpearl, please try not to worry about your PIP. Even IF you are turned down, you can still put in for a MR, then go to tribunal. We're all here to help if you need it. :)

    @Lou67 oh that doesn't sound fun, my Granny and Dad have arthritis in fingers and it's not nice apparently

    It had improved yesterday after all the hard work I put in and loads of gel, but I didn't want to jinx it by saying anything, today it's the same as yesterday, doesn't  feel its 💯% yet. I'm going to have a walk in the street later to test it out. I'm very lucky it didn't go fully. I'm just being careful with it at the moment @Lou67

    Oh it’s horrible the other day when I saw the doctor he said even though your on strong painkillers you have severe arthritis throughout your body so you will feel some pain. 
    Yes doctor I already know that 🙄
    Im going up to see my mum for a wee while.

    Just did some shopping, got to go to the doctors later as my blood tests are abnormal especially my liver function, my magnesium and potasium levels are low, and my white blood count is up while my red blood count is low. Fun times
