    @Ada sorry to hear you had such a bad night. The cold weather doesn't help when you are in pain. Really hope you get some sleep today.

    @Autism_at_40 did you manage to get asleep last night?

    I'm going to try and get the kitchen and last couple of days dishes done. Motivation has been non existent so I'm going to try doing it in small steps. 

    It's a new day and I will keep telling myself that I can do it

    I just saw the chat about buzzards yesterday, we have loads of them near us, they circle round and have a very distinct screech. We also get a lot of red kites in our area and they don't get on with the buzzards.

    Morning everyone. Rainy one today!

    I live on the outskirts of London and we get Red Kites circling around here too. There's lots of parkland and green spaces in this area so I think that's where they live most of the time, still a bit strange seeing such a big bird flying around the houses!

    We live in a town, next to a train line, so I don't know what they are after, other than all of the cats and small dogs :/

    I just went on an AI art generator to try to make myself a new avatar for Scope because I couldn't find one that already existed. It's so clever. Just type words in and stuff comes up similar to what you typed.

    Not totally happy yet but getting there, trying to play with the words to tweak it.

    I'm unsure yet, I might drag my son to b&m or home bargains. My daughters afternoon tea arrives at hers today, so keeping an eye on the tracker for that.
