    Good morning everyone.

@Ada sorry you got so little sleep

@Autism_at_40 do you work nights or find sleep hard

This storm is weaker in Belfast but still here. Stay safe and warm everyone 😊
I find sleep hard.  I have tried lots of different sleep patterns, but have found that I like being awake at night because it's less noisy and I can cope better.  I still struggle to sleep though.

Thanks @Sandy_123 and @Ada . I use a rollator with a seat to walk about and its a lifeline.

I've too much weight on which doesn't help either!

I realised that I'm barely moving when I tried one of those step counters and I barely made 300. I'm going to try and walk every day and start small and try and increase it.

Good luck with the knee operation @Lou67

Oh thank you, they don’t keep you in long at all when I got my last knee done on the Thursday they said if I felt ready I could go home on the Saturday but I was in agony so I got staying till the Sunday.
I personally think you should be in at least a week not that I like hospitals but it’s a big operation.

    I hope you’re keeping well. ❤️

They can't get you out quick enough these days @Lou67.

    Good luck with the op.

I dried three loads @Sandy_123 but I'll have to wash a couple of towels again because they're covered in seagull poop.

Oh no @Teigr we get the seagulls in land every winter I don't know why they come in land. Been doing it last 10 years. Noisy things

We're on the coast so they're an ever present hazard here.

Quite vicious as well usually about 30 on the field. I'd hate to eat anything walking by lol
