    Oh that’s good you got some exercises to do I would suggest the same thing Sandy sd I swear by a hot water bottle.
    Aww that was a lovely thing for her to say 😊 when I walked into my doctors after my blow dry today the receptionist sd she really didn’t recognise that it was me lol she sd it took years off me. So it was our day to get a compliment lol

    @Beaver79 you probably know this already but make sure you be disciplined with yourself and do the exercises as much as are able to because doing the "homework" makes a big difference to how much benefit you will get from physio! :)

    @Teigr wow thats an early start, hope you manage to get more rest

    I woke up feeling grim this morning and feel like I can't wake up depite going bed at like 11pm and waking up at 9am. I just feel so weak and drowsy and feel sickly becuase of it.

    Glad I havnt planted anything yet. Dry but cloudy here today. The wheely bin cleaners just done my bin so I have a nice smelly bin.
