They do sell them in a lot of shops @marydoll5. But might find better ones on line

Vet rang
Fekix has terminal liver cancer
Did a scan
Full of fluid in belly and mottled appearance on liver
Nothing they can do
As for his tooth it's a harness cyst
They want me to collect him and say goodbye
He's at most 4 to 6 weeks to live
-
I'm so sorry to hear about that @Amberpearl . I can't imagine how it feels, sending my warmest wishes your way. I hope you at least have time to say a lovely goodbye and for any pain they are in to be over.
They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

Hey everyone I hope yous all enjoying your day.
I’m not long home I have to go back to the dentist for another appointment there’s a bit off bone coming through my gum so will need scraped out he sd 😳.
Then I went with my daughter and granddaughter to meet my son and 2 other granddaughters at the park had a lovely wee day watching them all play together.❤️

@Amberpearl I'm really sorry to hear about your cat 🙁 I hope you can enjoy some last good times with him over the next few weeks
@Jimm_Scope yes I really like the variety of things in Japan, apparently they have 25 flavours of Kit-Kat or something??
I'm back now but I'm really sorry I that didn't read any other threads yet even on my own threads and even though there are new posts. I know it's not an excuse but just my explanation is that I'm just scared in case someone has posted something nasty which will set me back again, even though I know 99% of the posts are supportive. I will read them eventually when I get some courage. I hope everyone is OK though 😊

Sounds like a lovely afternoon @Lou67
Umm I'm sure your dentist is the expert but when you said there is bone poking through the gum … you mean a tooth?? 😂
-
Thats sounds painfull @Lou67 hope you get it sorted soon

@66Mustang
Lol I’m no sure oh must be a bit off tooth I have some dentures 🤦♀️ I’m embarrassed about that but it’s a long story. So maybe a bit off the tooth wasn’t taken out right, but I only started feeling it a few months ago and I’ve had the dentures for years.@Sandy_123
I’m terrified off dentists I always have been so will probably need something off the doctor to calm me when I’ve to go back.I hope you both have had a good day.
❤️

I have an interesting but quite a nasty story/fact about dentures that an elderly family member told me
My relative (now passed) used to have dentures and she got them in a way that was quite common in those days
When ladies got married their father would pay for them to have their teeth removed (even if they were OK) and dentures put in
It was considered a valuable gift to the groom because the groom's wife's teeth would be his responsibility to pay for later down the line
A little bit of history that I thought it was quite weird and gruesome
