The person last night who was asking everyone if they are single upset me because it made me think I'm like him for wanting to be in a relationship
I know there's an ocean of difference because he seemed to want to find someone for the wrong reasons and he was asking random people he'd never met and I want to find the exact right person even if it takes 15 years
But it's hard to get the thought out of my head that I'm a bad person for wanting to have a partner
Sorry if writing this upsets anyone but it's just my thoughts, and it wasn't caused by anyone here saying something, it's all in my own head ๐

@66Mustang I don't think you should feel bad for wanting a partner, I am exactly the same. However there is ways of finding a partner and messaging random people who you don't know or not spoke to is not the way to do it. We'll both find someone one day. stay positive

Aww please donโt think you are like that person, Iโm not saying he is a bad person either he just went about things the wrong way.
Itโs totally different to how you are your hoping to get into a relationship when you find someone you want to be with, and you will find someone special sometime that Iโm sure off. You have so much to offer someone your smart kind compassionate and supportive. Anyone would be lucky to have you.

@Lou67 the gospel choir were amazing. Was like being in Harlem and the conductor was great craic. She got everyone involved and could have been a stand up comic in her own right.
@66Mustang you aren't bad for wanting to meet your special someone. I reckon things happen when we least expect it and you have a lot to give that some one will see and where would we be without you here?
I looked up driving experiences on private land and there's an RAF airfield close to London that does them so you sorted out my son's present for me. Huge thanks ๐

Sorry if you or anyone misunderstood but I wasn't trying to say that he was doing things in the right way. I did say that I thought he was doing things wrong in my post (in fact that's why I was upset in the first place) but maybe I didn't make it clear enough
I do know in myself that I am looking for "the right person" and not just "a partner" and I guess as long as I know that then that's all that matters??
