I had to msg my daughter earlier, my granddaughter started to get upset she was missing her mum, so she came about 9 and took her home. Ive asked my daughter to start bringing her at the weekend for a few hours on her own to get used to being away from her mum again.

Hiya I hope the 5G gets sorted soon you’ve had a rubbish month but we are all here for you.
I definitely hope the gloves work for me as my hands are really sore all the time and that’s with pain meds.

Good morning Scopicles

I had multiple runs to the recycling centre the last couple of days as decluttering has been going well. Really starting to make a difference now 😊

I've crashed in the evenings so I am having a day off today. I'm going to a gospel choir concert today courtesy of a local carers group. I'll not try and join in as noone needs to hear that!! My friend is going too and we will go for something to eat after. It doesn't matter really what the activity is, the break is most welcome.

@Lou67 I'm clearing the binge of online shopping last year when fiance (1st time I've used that word!) was in hospital for 9 weeks. I'm ashamed of myself. It's awful how your mental health affects you. It was out of control and a lot of packages are only being opened now.

The one big bonus is that was what got me on the Scope forum to ask for help and be less isolated. It was the what was the last thing you bought on the Internet thread. Admins were brilliant then I met all of you and I thank each and every one of you for your friendship and support ❤️

Please don’t be so hard on yourself, it’s so easy to do, I can also send for items that I haven’t used and they are still in bags, it’s that little feeling you get when you press order. But as soon as that’s done I would feel guilty.
Your changing things around and that’s amazing be proud off yourself. I am also trying my hardest not to order the way I used to. Your inspiring me so thank you for that. It’s also great to have you on the community. 😊
