@Sandy_123 It's been a life-saver during the warmer weather to be honest. We keep the (upstairs) windows open all night with a fan or two to blow the cold air in when it reaches over 25C. Really helps keep the house cool during those heat waves.

@jean79 I think sometimes an internet forum can seem like walking up to a group of people in a pub who are happily chatting, thinking you are intruding, but honestly if you just jump in where you feel comfortable people tend to be welcoming and inclusive to everyone, regardless of if they are new or old members 😃

Aww it’s horrible I went a walk a wee while ago hoping some fresh air would help but I actually felt worse, I was getting cold clammy sweats and felt rubbish. I had to get home I’m back in my pjs just taking it easy. I thought I was getting over it to 🤦♀️

I agree with Mustang @Lou67, at least you tried going out. Plans don't always work out, but it's better to have tried something! The weather is a bit mixed today, I had to go out to get meds and was having to take my jacket off, and on, and off again because it was either raining or far too warm.
