The sun has come out here, in time for my partner heading out for a haircut. I'm wondering if I should pop out for lunch and pick something up at the local bakery. Get a bit of sun today

Yeah it is here with the sun everyone's got washing out so ive put washer on only on a short wash

I just got washing in quickly as it's rumbling. Not meant to get storms or heavy rain until 4, but it's gone very dark and close and windy.

Still sunny here, I sort of wish for a few thunderstorms

I've had a dreadful week, well few months really.
My pug went tobe spayed yesterday and it was a disaster with the vet phoning in am emergency that she had a bad go under the anesthetic and didn't do the procedure.
She's home and I'm monitoring her carefully.
As for the weather, I'm one of those strange ones who hate the heat and sun as they give me constant.migraines. i love the dark rainy nights of October to march.

Sorry Ada! I should have made myself clearer, it's the rabbit who's partial to the choccy biscuits( he's not daft😄). Lady down the road said that was how to try and catch hers when it used to escape. I never got near enough that one to find out!
Just thinking about my neighbours and their rabbits..... The original choccy biscuit eater could have taught Houdini a thing or three. Next doors original bunny escaped and was never seen again and now the free range visitor . We had rabbits when we were kids but I don't remember them escaping .
And Tesco are beyond the pale. My son likes home bargains. He was on about their cooking oil. So much cheaper than Tesco . That was just one of the things he mentioned. Apparently Iceland are getting expensive too. When they have dog meat on offer I stock up . I used to like Aldi . Couldn't have done a weeks shopping there but I'd always go there before I'd go to Tesco. Pity they don't do home delivery. I'd be happy to pay delivery charged and reckon I'd still be in pocket. Wonder if anyone here uses Ocado? What are they like?

@Nightcity hope your dog is going to be ok

Thanks, she seems to be ok for now, she's got antibiotics for a week and it's now on her notes to use a different method should she have any surgery in future.

Aww poor dog at least they will be ok.
Were still stuck in a storm the local pub is down on electric and hit by lightening, fire crews are there, local roads flooded

I can see shat kind of day it's going to be.
Already the washing machine drawer fell on the floor as I was pouring the comfort.
Then when hoovering the battery fell off it on the floor.
I had my first autistic meltdown and rant in ages lol so I won't be doing my home check BP or blood glucose yet 😂🙄

I'm ok now thanks sandy, calmed down now. I got quite angry after the few weeks I've had and threw the hoover and battery down the hall and yelled an expletive phrase at it 😂😂
Storms forecast here again today, we had a very loud crash of thunder right overhead last night and it scared the dog witless.
Hope you're ok X
