I said I get benefits all they said was we will make a note on my account

It's not like I have the heating on

They told me too the bill will get higher every time I submit a meter reading

Say you want a break down of the whole bill mine was because they changed for gas card to metre I asked to speak to manger I wasn't happy i was angry I blatantly said I'm not paying she came back said they wiped it ! But she was trying to say it's my responsibility I was like do you think I live mansion so if you don't use gas alot say you want breakdown of the bill because it's impossible to use that amount when was your last gas bill ? And how much did you pay and you what to know how they came up with this amount contest it unless you heat 10 rooms and live in a place then I'd understand they have made a mistake ask for someone to come out read your metre or send a metre reading in they tried to get me to do a payment plan I said no way this is wrong

@ShadowyBramble if it makes you feel better I did the same after a good night's sleep. I don't feel bad as my body must have needed it. Be kind to yourself and remember with our disabilities our bodies go through a lot just getting through the day 😊

@ShadowyBramble I'm doing well thank you! Went out today with my mum, committing to my new years resolution of eating healthier. Bought myself a camera too that I've wanted for about a year for photography that I can collect tomorrow! Pretty decent day. How was your day?

I never had a debt until they put the prices up

Plus today is the anniversary of my dad's cremation

Morning everybody. I got a text message telling me they got my pip form reassessment. But already very very anxious on the idea they said they might call me. I don't want them to call me.. I am so sick of you the whole situation.. I hope they do not call and I truly hope I don't have to go to an assessment.

I would love to.have enough health and stop depending on benefits. The whole thing is making me feel sicker.

@ShadowyBramble Not managed to collect it yet. It should be available to collect either later today or tomorrow. Literally can't wait to get it! Definitely going to be exciting to open it. Glad your day was okay :)
