    @Elvisdog nope not seen to doctor for Anxiety but has been to doctors for other things that i can't remember for . my mum is one that booked doctor appointment. my mum kept on misreading me and kept saying things you shouldn't said for people for Anxiety. had more then some form of therapy but didn't seem to be successful. I did watch inside out 2 at the Odeon cinema and did realised after watching inside out 2 . that has help me lot more

    Another day. Feeling so so . But my anxiety is not as bad but it was this morning. In any case I can't wait for the time to go to bed. I am so sick of the feel of having to fight every day and so scared about the future. .Anyway. I hope you are all ok so far. I can only hope for a lottery win. Probably my only way out.
