    My painkillers are starting to kick in but the back off my leg still aching I’m going to rub a bit off ibuprofen gel on it.

    It's a good job you've got bloods on Monday  every one is just sending links to holidays at the moment. I'm still opting for Spain myself. They want to hurry up because their looking last week in feb and there's sun glasses to buy lol

    @Lou67 it's nice to talk to you, I always enjoy hearing from you :blush: sorry I haven't felt like checking in every half hour like I have been doing, just feeling a bit tearful due to a reason but rather not say it on the public forums. I did just do 3.5 miles with the dog which is really good :blush: I hope you are well today?? How is your knee?
