    Sorry to hear about how uncomfortable you are feeling.  Your very brave in my opinion having a knee op. I understand what your saying about the sleeping tablets but sometimes they are a good thing especially if someone is really really really struggling with sleep . Hoping and praying your much better soon . Yes if its OK I will eventually let people know how things go . Thanks again for your time.

    Good Morning to each any every one of you.  The weather here is sunny but with a definite chill in the air.  Even so, I would much rather be out in the chilly sun than sitting at my work computer.  I hope you all have  good day.

    Morning all I hope yous have a great day.
    It’s also sunny here a wee bit chilly but nothing to complain about.

    Im feeling a bit sore this morning hoping my meds will ease it.
    I phoned the phlebotomist to book bloods she only has Thursday so I booked it but messaged the doctor to make sure it’s ok to wait till then.
