    Thanks Sandy my friend next door phoned earlier to ask if I feel up to it we could go out for a coffee or lunch.
    So hopefully will get out for a wee while.

    Yes Sandy I’m looking forward to going out.
    I got a msg back telling me to phone and ask if they have an appointment before then but they obviously don’t or they would’ve gave me it. 
    Anyway I phoned and they had nothing so I messaged the doctor back but it was nearly 4 o’clock and the messaging system closes at 4 so I should hear tomorrow.

    Im getting there thanks waiting on my painkillers kicking in.
    I’m sitting with a hot water bottle at the back off my leg the heat really helps. 😊

    Aw I totally sympathise with your mum. 
    Ive always used heat for the past few years while waiting on op.
    Some people prefer cold therapy but it’s always been heat for me.
