I find this process pips so distressing. I'm hoping that I can learn from people who have already gone through or are in the process of pips.

I understand your distress over the PIP process, they certainly don't like to make things easy for us! But you're in good company here, our regulars are super smart when it comes to PIP, so if you need any advice, please just ask.
