My heart goes out to you @Andi66 and @Catherine21 . So so sorry to hear about how this is affecting you both . You both have valid reasons to feel as you do . The DWP scare me too . They are awful people to deal with. They aren't understanding or considerate. I don't like to think of people feeling like you do . Your both genuine people but I know myself when I was dealing with them they don't have empathy with anyone . I really wished you wasn't feeling as you do its a total and utter nightmare for both of you . I really do hope everything goes OK for you both . Hold your heads up high . As the saying goes fight the good fight with all thy might . Your in my thoughts and I hope and pray everything goes OK for both of you . Sending kind blessings your way.

I wonder if someone could help with a question please π. I feel a bit silly asking. I seem to have this thing were I do this thing we're I'm running my fingers through my hair . I do it a lot . I do feel ashamed about asking. When I was a lot younger I used to pick the skin on my scalp can't remember why thar stopped but my skin picking has never really left me . Sorry about this π

This thing i do is a regular thing I do I would say I do it every day . I do feel silly for asking.

Your question is not silly @Strawberry1 Do you run your fingers through your hair when you are doing anything in particular or is it when you are perhaps sitting watching the tv?
Does your doing this affect your hair at all? like some of it falling out.
Has it perhaps become a habit you have or is it when you are more stressed?
Sorry too many questions just trying to understand.
Please take care of yourself.

Hi @Bluebell21 , it's usually when I'm sat down. I don't pull hair out no . No need to apologise it absolutely fine . I think I do it when stressed and when sitting down and watching TV. Sorry I do feel a bit ashamed. Thank you though.
