Hi @Dr_Arkham (loving the name there!) I'd strongly suggest doing the MR in writing, as it'll give you more time. Doing it via the phone can lead to things being lost in translation, so to speak.1

Friday update:
PIP not awarded (surprise, surprise) so now on the MR route. Been put in touch with a disability charity who are helping me write it. As an aside I think it is prudent for ALL to use specialists - I stupidly thought I was more than capable to do this on my own - I would advocate getting help0 -
That's so frustrating @Dr_Arkham I'm sorry they're making you jump through more hoops. They seem to want forms filled in in a very exact way, but don't tell the general public how that is. I'm glad you've got some help though.0
