I have just won my pip appeal and been awarded full rate mobility however my review is in February leaving less than 12 months and unable to get the mobility car. But I have waited almost 2byears for the appeal since May 2022. But if it was heard sooner I would've been able to get it..would I be able to get an extension so I can get the car

Unfortunately you won’t be able to get your award extended in order to join the motability scheme. You can report changes and go through the process again or just wait for your review. It’s just very unfortunate that the Tribunal gave you a short award.0

Hi @carly81, welcome to our online community I'm sorry to hear your award means you have less than a year until your review. As Poppy mentions the restrictions of the motability scheme do really only give you the options of triggering a review early through chances, if any have occurred, or waiting till the review is scheduled.
