    @Agnia
I hope your feeling a bit better.
I just wanted to say I only said it was good Agnia stopped the tablets as she only took them a few days and had a bad reaction to them.
Any other time these tablets must be slowly decreased under the care of your doctor.

Hi Lou , thank you for writing here , yes you are right i only took them a few days and reacted very badly for them now again and in the past as well very bad to all ssri drugs
yes people who have been taking them for a longer time should discontinue them slowly and reduce the dose and under the supervision of the doctor

Sorry if you took that as an attack @Agnia it was just meant to read as; please be careful, as we worry.

I've been on antidepressants for about 25 years now and know first hand some will give very bad side effects quite quickly, it took a lot of trial and error before I found one that worked for me. But I hope you and your GP can find something that works for you soon. :)

Hi Albus , thank you for writing here and about yourself
i really don’t understand and don’t know why i got again now sertraline even if it had a very bad effect on me before
this medicine may cause very serve stimulation and i wouldn’t be able to go to the park and run or exercise to use up energy
i don’t want to discourage anyone from taking antidepressants but personally im horrified by the effect it had on me who will help me now with the consequences this has caused, it’s better now but not like it was before i take it
poppy asked a very good question a key question “ if you had bad reaction to it in the past then why are you taking again now “
i was afraid of being judged for not wanting to take the medication
    antidepressants it’s a broad topic
i have always been closer to nature, herbal medicine, picking elderberry flowers to make tea or different herbs in the past
i know there are people who are helped by medications antidepressants
i also know that a pill will not solve all social problems
i remember how i asked family for help and how i needed their closeness and wanted to repair our relationship and asked them to give me a chance
i remember what i received in response to my request
would they lock me up somewhere and stuff me with drugs
this fear still haunts me to this day
