    I’m moving into a unfurnished home and I’m disabled and I have nothing is there any help available that I can get.

    Some grants can help you with things you need to live in your home. Have you tried contacting your local authority as well? They will sometimes have schemes to help disabled people with certain costs or with adapting their home.
