Short survey to gain insight to experiences of mobility disabilities

I am centring my dissertation around people with mobility disabilities and how intersections such as race, age and gender affect the experience of the city and accessibility into the city. The short 5 minute survey is just to gain a quick insight into people’s opinion and would appreciate if anybody takes part.
