in Start here and say hello!
I am a kind, caring, friendly lady, I'm 41 and I live with my fiance, my mum and my mum's lil pomchi cross chihuahua.
Myself and my fiance celebrated our 10th anniversary last month. it was also my dad's 5th angelversary 5 days before mine and my fiance's 10th anniversary.

    Ty @Albus_Scope. I'm looking forward to doing the induction on Monday so that I can become a volunteer at my local hospital, but I've misplaced my birth certificate and some other paperwork I need so that they can do a DBS check.
    I'm worried that I'm not going to have everything I need by Monday.

    You'll make an awesome volunteer, congrats! I didn't need my birth certificate for my DBS check, as long as you've got some proof of identity you should be ok. :)
