    I've just has my appeal date come through. July 9th -face to face at Magistrates Court. Absolutely terrified 😨

    Hello can someone help. I'm not sure if I'm getting backdated. I was on daily living no motability and tribunal gave me enhanced on both from the 26th July 2023 and it says that I'll revive my decision letter by the 30th this month. I'm not sure on the backdate?

    You will be owed the difference between old previous award and new award from 26th July 2023. The decision letter you mention will be from the Tribunal. After a Tribunal win it can take anything up to about 8 weeks for DWP to pay what is owed and to put your new award into payment.

    @poppy123456 oh okay I was just confused because I hear people getting phone calls and stuff from 0800 number and being told they have won but I've not had anything.

    Your decision was made by the Tribunal so you won't receive a phone call telling you that you've won because you already know the decision. Wasn't that decision only made yesterday? It's early days yet and you just need to wait now for PIP to put the award into payment.
