Case manger

Hi I've been on universal credit for nearly 3 years, I also work I've just had a review they said it was all fine and my payments will stay the same, they have now given me a case manger is this normal please I've never had one before, my commitments are to sign into my account often do my to do list and reply to messages any advice would be appreciated as I've sent them a message with no reply
