Hi, my name is Nayz!

Hi, I have joined the motability scheme and was looking to add a named driver on but the family member had a question as they travel for work and are worried if they were added onto my motability policy and if ever got in an accident would this affect their private insurance policy? And it wouldn’t affect her future private insurance policy’s?

I think your family member would be better checking with their own policy to be certain. You have to state on taking out a new policy if any of the drivers have had an accident in the previous 3-5 years, so if you had an accident, and you are not on your family members insurance, I cannot see a connection, but if that person had an accident, then it could affect your renewal.
