ill health retirement

Hi . I’ve just finished work on ill health . I want to appeal as I haven’t been offered a tier for my pension. My work doctor is saying there’s things to manage my pain but I’ve been struggling with work for 14 years I was a lifeguard . I’ve been off work for 13 months due to chronic pain from endometriosis and diverticulitis which is all effects my back . I’ve been informed it’s too risky to operate and I’m being sent to Birmingham metropolitan hospital when I get an appointment no one knows.

Wobbles , they haven’t given me a tier for ill health . I can’t do my jobs as I ran a big leisure centre and u have to hold a lifeguard qualification and my illness won’t allow me to do the fitness side and u must hold the qualification . I’ve been of 13 months occupation health said I won’t be able to do my job or another and works doctors have said I can’t do my job but a can do sedentary job. At the moment I can’t lift the kettle with 2 cups of water in it I feel so lost and confused I e worked for 30 years for this company
