Another lcwra date issue

Hi good morning all im a newbie to the all of this so please bear with me.Can anyone please give me a est or if i do get payment from lcwra .First sicky was noted on the 25 of marchand my uc is on the 21st of the month. Today is 16th week uc is up for statement and no payment .Thanks peeps
