Hi, my name is N01Pickle!

I am a pensioner on pip. Full mobility. I live with my son, but my fiancé is moving in. Who do I tell. I currently pay a little of rent and council tax. But expect to pay all in full. He is a pensioner but still works . Thanks, I intend to advise housing association tomorrow, but had a letter from council to update my information or if not done in 1 month, claim will close.

Hello @N01Pickle, welcome to our community 😁
Do you receive any benefits other than PIP?
Your PIP will not be affected at all and you don't need to inform them about your fiancé moving in with you. PIP is not means tested.

Hi Jim
Sorry meant to add, I get my pension and pip. That’s it

PIP will not be affected. If you're claiming Pension Credit then you will need to report the changes to those and you will need to claim as a couple. Whether there's any entitlement will depend on your joint circumstances.
Yes, also report the changes for housing benefit and council tax reduction.
