Hello

Today, I received a letter in my UC journal saying I'm accepted for LCWRA. I'm not quite sure about any of this really only that I uploaded my fit note on the 24th April as was asked by DWP and then they sent me out a questionnaire via post in May. Earlier this month received a phone call off them asking a few questions.

I get UC payments on the 16th every month.

When will I get my first LCWRA payment?

Your waiting period will be May/June, June/July, July/August.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 10th August to 9th Sept and first payment will be 16th September. You're not owed any LCWRA element.

If you or a partner were receiving earnings since you provided your first fit note and you didn't have the work allowance previously, then they will owe you some money from that.
