I don't believe there is enough time under current legislation to apply any freeze to PIP payment levels for 2025/2026.
Any freeze is most likely to apply to 2026/2027.

Hi I rung up dwp asking when my end date for the award is and they told me November 25 but also said it could take few months after for the forms to come through, so can anyone tell me if the reforms for November 26 go ahead how will that affect me as my review is before that change.

Also when does the green paper go through parliament does anyone know how long before it gets approved by the parliament.

There's no official date yet. But parliament breaks up for summer late July, so I would expect this to be considered in July, otherwise it'll be left until the autumn.
As long as your PIP review is completed before the changes start, they won't affect your claim at all.

But will effect lwcra or will you be moved to uc health component? I'm more stressed over lwcra as I can't work and with pip they say you will have to ?

I'm in the esa support group waiting to migrate as I've not had the letter yet telling me to switch over to uc. And if you can't work with pip than they can't force you as long as you have good reason not to work.

The LCWRA changes aren't expected to happen until 2028/29.
At that point, the WCA will be scrapped, and you will only be able to get the Health Element by getting a Daily Living award from PIP.
You will not be expected to work if you claim UC and get a Daily Living PIP award. You will automatically be entitled to the Health Element in that case.
The current payment amount of LCWRA is expected to drop by half next year for new LCWRA claimants. But I do not expect that to effect migrations from ESA Support group. Transitional Protection will still be applied to those as far as I'm aware.

Hi has anyone had a pip letter that's telling them their award end date. For example I was told last week after ringing pip they said my review will be November 2025 and my pip.letter states November 2026 so which is correct. I.am.so very confused and get very anxious about it all.
I also had a letter saying about the pip.law the change is about how they consider the social.support someone needs to mix with other people face to face. It states the change could affect anyone needing the social support from.a trained person etc. It said they can now consider any social support we may of needed to mix with people face to face. Now it says I do not need to do anything unless I think my pip.claim.will be affected. I scored 4 points for that. So what do I do now. I'm.so confused will this affect my claim when law changes or what. Please someone advice I would be ever so grateful.

It hasn't even been passed how can they do that I got 4 for that too

PIP reviews are taking around a year to complete. So they start the process well in advance of your award end date.
Re social support DWP lost a court case, so they are looking again at any claim which could qualify for more points under the terms of the court judgment.

Hello all, just wondering if anyone have had their pip reviews. Mine have Usually been extended but I know I'm due this November but was told it could be months after that. What are the chances they waiting til November 26 to include myself in the changes to come. Sorry if this isn't making sense. I don't want to keep ringing them up either.

Hi @Bostankhan22 if you were awarded 4 points on individual categories it looks like you are already meeting the new proposed PIP criteria which I would imagine puts you in a very strong position for your review☺️

Oh ok I wasn't sure as I score a total of 17 points for daily living and 14 points for the mobility.
