Income support to universal credit migration

Hi,
I would be grateful if anybody could clear this up for me. I have had several different answers each time I have phoned the migration helpline.
As I understand the Cost of Living payments are permanently disregarded towards your capital total. When you fill in the form online do you enter the total minus the cost of living payment.
Also your current benefit payments for period you are in do you deduct them of the figure you enter eg income support ,carers allowance and PIP
Any help to clarify would be appreciated
