Lcwra
hi I’m really confused. I put my first sick note for lcwra 28th feb. And every month until end of August. I got awarded on the 14th august. My payment date is 28th. They are saying my payment will be in my November payment. How much will it be. I’m so confused. Thank you

That's not correct based on the information you gave. I'll copy and paste the reply I gave in your other thread which shows what your waiting period is.
your waiting period is March/April, April/May, May/June.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 22nd June to 21st July and first payment will be 28th July. This means up to now they owe you 1 months LCWRA element for last month.
Who's told you that your first payment is November?

That's not correct. It doesn't surprise me that it was the service centre, they often get this wrong. Providing there were no gaps in your fit notes that first payment will be this month.
You should receive your statement soon so please make sure you check it to see if the element is included. If it isn't then you can put a message onto your journal but please wait for your statement before doing that.

As I advised, this is not correct. If you haven't yet had your statement for this month then please wait for that and then check to see if the element is included. It's not the service centre staff that produce the statements, it's a decision maker.
