hey all I have just received same text as many I called to say my circumstances had change and my conditions are worse I sent back paperwork and evidence in May and have checked on automated and award has gone up 735 per month I believe this enhanced on both I canned and pressed 1 then 6 and got automated message saying I will be paid this on 6th September will I recieve back payment for May 8th when I notified them of changes ?

Please be aware of that automated payment information because it's not always correct.
If any new award is higher than your existing one then you'll be owed money from the date you rang to report the changes. (assuming you had the increased difficulties for at least 3 months when you reported the changes) Sometimes the money they owe isn't paid until a later date.
Even though the text advised you not to ring them, you can ring them anytime to ask what the decision was and if the award is higher you can ask when to expect the money owed into your bank.
