Hi, just need some help LCWRA
hi I have had many back and fourths in my journal about my limited capability for work related allowance. I’ve changed my health conditions and they still haven’t taken it off after years. I’m so worried about becoming in debt because they haven’t taken it off my payments or reassessed me despite changing my health conditions a long time ago! And having back and fourth conversations and it even went to the LCWRA specialist team and they rejected its removal.
What do I do? I don’t want to become in a huge debt because they carried on paying it to me beyond the change of circumstances I’m so scared😭

Hi,
Why do you think it should be removed?
If it's been to the LCWRA team they must believe that you're still entitled to it for some reason.
Do you still have some health conditions that limit your ability to work?

You are entitled to LCWRA until there is a decision made that you are no longer entitled to it. The only time you would be found to be fraudulent is when you have not informed them of a change, which you yourself state you have and so have evidence of doing so. There should be no viable reason they find you in debt to the DWP for some reason, it just would not be valid.
If the DWP thinks you deserve LCWRA, even a 'specialist team', then perhaps you are entitled to it?
